Amanda Schleede,


Chief Executive Officer

Amanda has over twenty-five years of healthcare-focused experience within the management consulting, service, and venture capital worlds. She is an entrepreneur at heart, previously managing multiple portfolio companies for a Chicago based venture capital group and then branching out on her own to create Consult27, focused on providing consulting services for early to mid-stage companies that need to implement business infrastructure and processes around human resources, compliance and risk management.

Tom Bacon


Chief of Staff

Tom Bacon serves as Chief of Staff for Attend Safe. He garnered significant experience as a commercial litigator for a decade, representing a diverse body of clients and industries with a focus on healthcare. Following a decision to move away traditional legal practice, Tom shifted into project management, general HR, and systems work, wearing many hats as Attend Safe grows. Tom lives with this wife, Kellie, and their dog, Frank.

Linny Alleman,


Creative Art Director

Linny is an amazing designer focusing on the UI/UX design of the application and user experience. Her keen eye for design and clarity brings ease to the use of the application and client experience. Linny has worked closely with the team to create a unique experience for all users.

Ja’neya Laws

Ja’Neya is a Charlotte native and a proud daughter, sister, and aunt. She has a bubbly personality and is an out-going, driven, and energetic 23-year-old, who is a college graduate from Winston-Salem State University with a healthcare bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Since she was a young girl, Ja’Neya has been passionate about helping others achieve their full capacity when it comes to their personal health. She brings uniqueness, creativity, enthusiasm, and compassion to her work and relationship with others. She enjoys learning and has a future goal to be a business owner of a youth adventure program. Additionally, she plans to attain a Ph.D. in Physical Therapy as well.

Whitney Williams

Whitney is an exceedingly adaptable, creative, and experienced Program Manager. She enjoys finding opportunities to contribute to the success of others. Open and eager to learn new skills and contribute to society. Whitney has spent the last 12 years living and working in 4 different countries while developing organizational, network building and leadership skills. Living and working in different countries, has increased her ability to adapt and thrive in new areas with various cultures.

With a degree in Recreational therapy and career in education, there is and hasalways been a common goal of providing people with the knowledge they need to help live their optimal life. One saying that continuously proves its truth and that I stand by is “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”

Chief Technology Officer

Paul has been in software development for over 20 years with start-ups as well as Fortune 50 companies. He began his career as a DBA with Coca-Cola and the last 12 years with Beckon Dickinson and Novartis Health. He is dedicated to putting innovation in the hands of problem solvers, breaking down the technology barrier and unlocking innovation in healthcare. Paul wants to make amazing technology available and usable to the people that have the solutions to problems that will change the lives of so many. Technology becomes far more powerful and innovative if more people have access to it. Better, Faster, Smarter software for everyone . . . is what we do.

Chief Development Officer

Masters degree in Computer Science.

Over 25 years of experience as a software engineer, technical lead and software architect involved in design, development, and support of large enterprise-level systems.

Dr. Kelly Robke,


Clinical Advisor

Kelly has dedicated her career to the successful recognition of innovations at the intersection of healthcare and technology. Her passion for improving the health of patients, families, and populations is fortified by a commitment to recognizing technology acceptance and adoption at points of care along the continuum of health. She has led successful patient care, clinical research, medical technology, and clinical practice strategic initiatives for such organizations as MD Anderson Cancer Center, Pfizer, Oracle, and Becton Dickinson. Currently, Kelly serves as the US Chief Nursing Officer and Director of Healthcare Industry Strategy at Microsoft.


Michael J. Esposito,


Chief Communications Officer

Mike is a writer, editor and producer for print, web, and multimedia (including copy editing, headline writing and script preparation); assignment editor; designer; mentor and staff trainer; technology-training project manager; production planner for the Chicago Tribune and 38 suburban Chicago newspapers; with knowledge of film, video and broadcast production.
